Delivery times :

Once shipped, delivery takes on average:

  • Belgium & France : 2 to 5 business days
  • Rest of EU : 3 to 7 business days
  • Zone 1 (Europe outside EU) : 3 to 7 business days
  • Zone 2 (Americas) : 3 to 7 business days
  • Zone 3 (Eastern Europe) : 3 to 7 business days
  • Zone 4 (India & China) : 5 to 8 business days
  • Zone 5 (Rest of the world) : 5 to 8 business days

These deadlines are indicative and may vary slightly depending on the period or the carrier.

Delivery options :

We offer two delivery options:

  • Home delivery with Bpost (for EU) and DHL (for international)
  • Pick-up point delivery with Mondial Relay (for EU)

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on weight, destination, and the selected delivery method.

Order tracking :

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order in real time.

Delays or lost parcels :

If your parcel exceeds the announced timeframe, we invite you to contact us at : contact@lensycouture.com

We will be able to accompany you and guide you through the steps to take with the carrier.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, Lensy cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages occurring during transit. However, we remain available to advise you in case of difficulty.
