Refund policy
At Lensy, we want every order to bring you complete satisfaction. However, if something unexpected happens, our return and refund policy has been designed to be simple and transparent, making the process as easy as possible for you.
Return period :
You have 14 calendar days (weekends and holidays included) from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of a return.
After this period, no refund or exchange can be accepted.
Return conditions :
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused, unworn, unwashed,
- in its original condition with its tags,
- accompanied by its original packaging.
Are not eligible for return:
- clearance items,
- gift cards.
Any item that is damaged, incomplete, or returned outside the return period cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refund :
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund is issued to the initial payment method used when ordering (credit card, etc.) within a period that may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We decline all responsibility in case of non-receipt of the returned item.
Initial shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item is defective or in the event of an error on our part.
Sale items :
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges :
Exchanges are possible (subject to availability) for any item that is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, excluding sale items.
Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. We decline all responsibility in case of non-receipt of the returned item.
